Yoanna Baraschi's Spring / Summer 2011 presentation was a reflection of a fierce beauty. Models stood on platforms as guests walked around viewing the collection. Birds, polka dots, stripes and flowers were some of the prints used on the fabric. The collection had a light and re-freshing feeling to it that made me want to sail away. My favorite pieces was a navy mixed dot jacquard pin-up dress with side paneling, a ruched waist with silk chiffon underlay( shown above ) and the feather chiffon flapper dress in chalk silk. The flapper dress had a 20's feel but with a modern twist. Continue to see the rest of the collection.
