DOUGLAS HANNANT is one of my favorite designers and yesterday I had the opportunity to attend the launch of his "PINK" Spring / Summer 2012 collection which was presented at the Hudson Hotel. The models stood on platforms while "The Vandelles" rocked the stage. Fashionistas like myself walked around in circles sipping on cocktails while previewing the collection. Vibrant florals along with bold colors were key throughout the collection. The models wore pink eyeshadow with a chic up-do which made the pieces fun and flirty. Douglas brought life into the collection, it was so feminine, young and classy which is perfect for the contemproary fashionista. Peter pan collars, lace and tiered dresses were featured in the line. Love the wedges and the braided tie sandals, they were so nautical. Continue to see the rest of the collection.
