Lucas Museum of Narrative Art Opening

On Saturday(September 19th) the celebs stepped out for the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art Opening Night was held at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in LA.

Kerry Washington looked pretty wearing a WIEDERHOEFT SPRING 2026 pink embellished and grey corset gown which was accessorized with a TYLER ELLIS clutch and DACCORI heels. My only quibble is the clutch. I don't think it coordinates with this gown.

Michael B. Jordan wore a black double-breasted suit by TOM FORD. The stripe tie is what kept his look from being boring. However, I still wish a small brooch or pin was added to the lapels.

Lewis Hamilton wore a SAINT LAURENT black double-breasted suit. There is definitely some fit issues here with the jacket. Also, the pants needed to be hemmed.

Keke Palmer was all smiled wearing a brown mini dress from the SAINT LAURENT SPRING 2024 collection. She looked pretty.

Kim Kardashian wore a SAINT LAURENT vintage dress from the label's FALL 2004 collection. Generally speaking, I like this printed sequin dress, but it's just too tight on her.

Amanda Gorman wore a PRADA floral strapless knee length dress. Amanda is so pretty and she deserves better than this unflattering dress.

Cynthia Erivo wore a KHAITE FALL 2026 black strapless, velvet dress. This dress suits her perfectly, but I kinda with that she wore a necklace.

Emily Deschanel wore a SIMONE ROCHA FALL 2025 black sleeveless, draped dress. She would have benefitted by adding a belt to create structure, define the waist, and/or break up this monochrome palette.

Greta Gerwig stepped out in an all black look as well courtesy of ASHLYN. Her FALL 2026 black one-shoulder dress looked nice on her, but a belt was definitely needed.

Janelle Monae showed some skin in a sheer black pearl beaded, mock neck dress from the ANTONIO GRIMALDI SPRING 2026 collection. I am usually a fan of her look, but I'm not sold on this.

Queen Latifah was a golden beauty in this ROLAND MOURET FALL 2026 gold embellished mesh gown.

Tracee Ellis Ross made a bold, high fashion statement wearing a BOTTEGA VENETA FALL 2026 white silk-fur dress along with the 'Lauren 1979' clutch. If anyone could make this work, it's Tracee. I just wish that she didn't wear black sandals.

Doja Cat served up some leg wearing the NUE 'Daphne' fuchsia pink silk crepe georgette halter dress which was adorned with a crystal brooch on the neckline and waist. This would have worked so much better without those transparent platform mules.

I really believe Bryce Dallas Howard needs to start working with a stylist so that she could avoid fashion missteps like this. This SELF-PORTRAIT dress had potential, but her hair should have been completely off-the-shoulders, and she needed open-toe heels to start.

Camila Alves wore a LAQUAN SMITH draped asymmetrical dress and I would prefer an open-toe heel over the pumps.

Helen Hunt wore a STELLA MCCARTNEY one-shoulder light blue dress with an embellished chain strap. I'm not 100% sold on the color on her, but this is not a bad look..

Judy Greer wore a SIMKHAI black and silk blazer dress. I like this, but I would add a belt for balance and swap out those pumps for an open-tone heel.

Katy Perry wore a white velvet, strapless dress hot off the CHRISTIAN SIRIANO SPRING 2027 runway show. This white hue is too stark and the draping on the skirt is unflattering.

Miranda Kerr looked great wearing a black crepe and silver dress by REBECCA VALLANCE. I was 100% sold on her look until I saw the shoes. Those transparent mules needs to been the trash.

Laura Dern suited up in BELLA FREUD black double-breasted suit with a mint button down shirt. I'm not loving the shoes either.

I'm usually not a fan of Camila Cabello red carpet looks, but liked her in this archival DONNA KARAN piece. It's sexy with a clean finish.

Eva Longoria looked pretty in this IIKYAZ OZEL white sequin, halter dress.
