As I was sitting watching the REEM ACRA FALL/WINTER 2012 runway show, I wanted to snag some of the pieces for myself right of the runway. Backstage, Reem describe the collection as being about "feminine power" and with strong leather numbers opening the show, it was just that. Peek-a-boo cut-out dresses with nude lining gave the illusion of second skin, a beaded pencil skirt paired with a cinched waist leather coat was my personal favorite. Beaded minis and flapper like dresses were also done for night in sleek silhouettes. However Reem stayed true to her style and closed out the show with gorgeous red carpet gowns that could possibly be Oscar bound.
