This is the first runway show for ICB( International Concept Brand) which showed it's collection via a digital show last season. Prabal Gurung took over as chief designer a year ago and for Fall 2013, he gave us wearable pieces that makes sense.
Prabal is known for his gorgeous red carpet dresses and chic & sophisticated separates for his namesake brand. This collection had a different appeal which featured urban contemporary separates which won't break the bank.
Chunky over-sized knits were paired with skirts, flirty dresses with cut-outs on the shoulder and wide belts with silver zipper details. However, Prabal presented a strong selection of outerwear which got my attention at the show like the cocoon coat, the cut- away jackets and the down hooded coat which was also belted.
Overall, this collection is for the fashionista who wants to look chic, fashionably and trendy without over it doing it. It's about looking fabulous on any day.
