The highly anticipated series of FX's 'American Crime Story - The People V. O.J. Simpson' premiere took place last night at the Westwood Village Theatre in LA Premiere.
Angela Bassett wore a FINDERS KEEPERS white halter dress which she accessorized with a gold clutch, RENE CAOVILLA sandals and IPPOLITA jewelry. I wish she went with a colored lip because the eye make-up feels a bit heavy and that lip color doesn't work for her. A straight bob with bangs completed her look.
Sarah Paulson wore a magenta STELLA MCCARTNEY halter dress with sheer side illusion panels and a gold mirrored belt. This dress should look familiar as it has been seen on the carpet in navy on many occasions. A gold clutch, a matching lip and a pulled back wavy short bob completed her great look.
Moran Atias wore a VIONNET RESORT 2016 black pleated leather crossover dress which she styled with the PAULA CADEMARTORI 'Cocca' silver metallic clutch and CASADEI black suede ankle strap sandals. Opting not to accessorize with jewelry, she finished up her look with an light smokey eye and a complimentary up-do. This is not a bad look but not exciting.
Selma Blair wore a white pleated DEREK LAM gown. I am not too crazy about the fit of the top & the dress looks a bit too long. However I do like the idea of this Grecian inspired dress. A pinned up-do, a FERRAGAMO minaudière, JIMMY CHOO sandals and TIFFANY & CO jewelry completed her look.

Sarah Paulson - wow, finally something on her that works, she is mostly a miss for me. The dress has been done many times but I like the unexpected magenta colour, she stands out.
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe I am saying this but no Angela Basset, this dress is good on you but not the styling in general, she has looked so much better and she is such a beautiful lady so she can make anything work, with a good styling, so no Angela.

Morin and Selma have looked better.
