No matter what, Jennifer Lopez is known for serving face when she hits the carpet. Working her right leg hard in her dress, she attended the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel this evening in Beverly Hills, California.
She wore a yellow GIAMBATTISTA VALLI FALL 2015 COUTURE cape detail gown with a diamond necklace, draped waist, a thigh high split and a train detail. Surprisingly JLo is not wearing something sheer or cut-out.
I do love this gown and I am glad that she is wearing it better than it looked on the runway. However I would have loved to see her with a sleek up and strappy sandals over her shimmery pumps. A complimentary red lip, a beaded clutch and diamond accessories completed her look.

I like that she opted for colour and is trying to bring some drama but she is overworking it, the design itself seems a bit overdone to me - the cape detail and the draping are a bit too much together, and also there are a bit too many of matchy sparkly silver accessories, and I agree the hairstyle is wrong here, a sleek polished 'do would've worked much better. The dark red lip and nail polish are perfect against this shade of yellow though. Overall, I want to be impressed but she doesn't quite nail it, unfortunately.

This is just perfection. She is the queen, she is the only one giving us an incredible dress with a perfect styling. I love everything!!
