Showing some leg, Tracee Ellis Ross hit the grey carpet at the ELLE's 6th Annual Women in Television dinner at the Sunset Tower last night in West Hollywood, California.
She wore a CHLOE SPRING 2016 navy & white long sleeve printed paisley dress with a contrasting red solid panel and a navy lace panel. I like this dress and I thought she looked cute but I wish she didn't add lining to the lace panel.
It added a simple flirty, feminine detail along with balance which lost it's value because of the lining. Simple KURT GEIGER pumps which should have been a simple ankle strap sandal, a VINTAGE gold printed bag, LISA ELSNER earrings and her signature natural curls finished up her look. Which do you prefer, the lace with or without the lining?

I prefer the lace detail at the waist without lining as it adds to the delicate intricacy of the dress, the solid panel looks a bit harsh. Also needed a more inspired shoe choice and silver accessories would've been better here than gold. And the dress is a bit too short for her to begin with.
