Yesterday evening Laura Carmichael hit the red carpet at the 2016 Jameson Empire Film Awards at the Grosvenor House in London.
For the occasion, she wore the ORLA KIELY FALL 2016 'Eva' black bubble organza layered dress with an ruffle panel bodice. I actually like the dress, more so the retro appeal & styling of the look book version.
I think it's just something about Laura's styling that doesn't sell the dress to me. She doesn't look bad but the overall look doesn't excite. I would have liked to see her hair in straight off-the-shoulder tresses, a red lip and a ankle strap sandal over her VALENTINO heels. LOUIS VUITTON fine jewelry completed her look.
