Maggie Q was working her split dress on the black carpet last night at 'The Divergent Series: Allegiant' World Premiere at the AMC Loews Lincoln Square Theater in NYC.
She wore a REEM ACRA FALL 2016 long sleeve black silk gown with an embellished high neck and waist, lace panels, fringe details and a high split. Because of the design of this dress, it can be hard for anyone to pull off, however Maggie's styling didn't help the cause either.
Her hair should have been in a sleek off-the-shoulder style and those slingback sandals should have been a simple ankle strap style. Also the embellished fringe waist doesn't work on the runway nor on her. Lastly, looking through her images, she focused to much on making that split work instead of letting it be natural. This is a no for me. Are you feeling this look?

Even before I read the post I was asking myself : " what that leg is doing there, stucking out?" I very much agree with you.
