On Monday(April 25th) Lena Dunham hit the red carpet at the 2016 Matrix Awards which was held at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York.
For the occasion, she wore a CO SPRING 2016 long sleeve crinkle water color knee length dress with a flare skirt. I actually like this dress for Lena but it's the fit of the top and the styling that doesn't sell it.
The hair & make-up are not complimentary and even though I like her BIONDA CASTANA pumps in general, a simple ankle strap sandal would have been ideal here. Also her pose is helping but still one of her better looks. What do you think of Lena's look?

ReplyDeleteBesides the obvious fitting issues the colour pallete is unforgiving. It looks like mold grew on it. Hues of pink or blue would look much better. And with that hair and make up she looks undone.
