Julia Roberts made her way to Cannes, France to promote her new film 'Money Monsters' at the photocall and premiere during the 69th Cannes Film Festival today.
For the photocall, she stepped out in a GIVENCHY PRE-FALL 2016 black & white pinstripe v-neck jumpsuit with a button front closure. She layered her jumpsuit with a white button down shirt underneath. This jumpsuit does nothing for her and those creases doesn't help.
For the premiere, she slipped into a ARMANI PRIVE off-the-shoulder black pleated chiffon gown with a short v-neckline. Julia's gown looks so similar to the one the Jessica Chastain wore to the opening yesterday which was by the same designer. The actress also broke the rules by taking off her black platform sandals to walk barefoot on the carpet. She looks beautiful but I can't say that I am wowed by this. CHOPARD jewelry and center layered waves topped off her look.

Oh Julia, c'mon! How boring. And she walked barefoot. Unforgivable. I love her but that is a NO GO.
ReplyDeleteDon't like either of these looks. The first one is quirky and different but needed to be tailored to perfection. The second one is just lazy styling. Need Fan Bingbing and Aishwarya Rai on the red carpet pronto.
