Kristen Stewart in Chanel at the Personal Shopper 69th Cannes Film Festival Photocall & Premiere

Continuing on promotions at the 69th Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France, Kristen Stewart attended the photocall and premiere for Personal Shopper today. For both appearances, she wore CHANEL of course.

For the photocall, she wore a sporty FALL 2016 long sleeve nude metallic mini dress with a ribbed neckline & cuff and a drawstring waist. Kristen shorten her dress from the runway version which was featured in a calf length. I like the shorter version on Kristen but I am not a fan of her shoe choice. A simple ankle strap sandal would have worked better.

Later on this evening for the premiere, she wore a RESORT 2017 white knit embroidered mini dress with sheer tulle layered sleeves. I like the dress but the LOUBOUTIN black ankle strap pumps doesn't work for. Beauty wise, she vamped up her look with a maroon smokey eye. I love me a dramatic eye but that with the glossy lips, doesn't work for me.

  1. The photocall look works just fine - cute dress, it suits her, complimentary shoes, and actually nice hair and makeup.
The premiere one looks like a modified version of her photocall look, the sleeves are silly, the black shoes do not complement, the eye makeup is way too harsh, and the hair is plain awful. Not good.

  2. I like her photocall look. Not liking the second look. Awful makeup.

  3. One step forward (photocall), and three steps back (premiere). Those sleeves look like shredded grocery bags or trash bags. Good God, Chanel!

  4. Her photocall look is definitely one of her better looks.
And the premiere look... call me crazy, but I kinda dig it. It's a quite risky look, especially her hair and make-up, but I saw videos of it in motion and close-ups and I don't know, it just kinda worked for me and I really like it all, but I know it's gonna be an unpopular opinion.

    1. Not so unpopular. I love the premiere look as well. It is really edgy and totally her thing. The sleeves are a reference for a traditional dance costume in Cuba. I love the make up. It is what that Indian actress was going for another day but it totally works for K Stewart.
