On Thursday(May 26th) Lizzy Caplan took a break from shooting her new movie to make an appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York.
The 'Masters of Sex' actress could not be missed in a vibrant canary yellow ROKSANDA short sleeve silk v-neck midi dress which featured a nude back panel.
I was totally on board with this color-block dress along with the red lip but then I saw her shoes. Her KURT GEIGER 'Koko' black suede & metallic gold platform sandals are cute but it doesn't belong with this dress. Ankles up, this is a great look. Do you agree?

I wonder if her shoe choice was just random(unlikely) or if there was a rationale (regrettable) behind it, because I just don't get it. Lovely dress nevertheless.
