On hand because she is featured on the soundtrack for Ben-Hur, it was no surprise to see Andra Day at the premiere which was held at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, CA.
She hit the red carpet in a long sleeve red flower printed ankle length coat dress with a contrasting light grey embroidered bodice. Andra's style is always very vintage inspired which she carries very well.
For me, even though this dress suits her vintage style, the contrasting panel on the bodice doesn't work for me. Also the grey lipstick and silver strappy sandals doesn't compliment her dress. She is beautiful no doubt and while I don't hate this look, I don't love it either. What do you think of Andra's look?

ReplyDeleteShe has very beautiful facial features but the makeup is a bit overdone and the lip colour is a no go. I like the dress ,albeit being a bit folkloric as it reminds me something from Eastern Europe ( Ukraine or even Kazakhstan) I think that suits her well.
