On Monday(June 9th) the 2025 BET Awards which was hosted by Kevin Hart took place at the Peacock Theater in LA.
Keke Palmer went the vintage route, opting for a CHANEL FALL 1993 COUTURE black embellished, mini dress with a tulle bustle in the back. I kinda wish that she wore a the fingerless gloves, but she still looked great.
Saweetie looked pretty wearing a VALDRIN SAHITI white sheer embellished, off-the-shoulder gown with a short, flowy train in the back.
Andra Day also wore a piece by VALDRIN SAHITI. Andra is a pretty but I am not feeling this. I think it's the top straps over the bust and the gloves that aren't working.
On Wednesday(October 9th) Andra Day attended the ''Exhibiting Forgiveness'' premiere which was held at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.
One thing is for sure, Andra knows how to work a look on the carpet and when you are wearing a piece like this, you have to do just that. This RAHUL MISHRA FALL 2024 COUTURE catsuit is called a ''human canvas'' and it's very eye-catching.
I love this on her especially with braided up-do. I guess my only quibble here are the pumps. I assume it was added for color balance, but I believe she would have been better off with simple black pumps. The reason being, the pumps are focus pulling and when wearing a catsuit like this, nothing else should compete with it. What do you think of Andra's look?

On Sunday(December 11th) Viola Davis and Andra Day attended the Public Counsel's annual William O. Douglas award dinner celebrating Viola at The Beverly Hilton in LA.
Viola Davis wore a black ST. JOHN floor length dress with contrasting gold straps. The straps kept the black dress from being boring but some gold bracelets were needed to make this complete. She still looked beautiful. GRACE LEE jewelry and TYLER ELLIS clutch finished up her look.

Regina King was one of my top favorites of the night. Her LOUIS VUITTON dress which was accessorized with FOREVERMARK jewelry, fit her perfectly. Andra Day made an appearance on Good Morning America to promote her new film ''The United States vs. Billie Holiday'' and to perform ''Tigress & Tweed'' from the movie's soundtrack. Her stylist Vice posted a BTS look to instagram today(February 18th).
She posed for the gram in a VALENTINO SPRING 2021 sheer nude organza and lace panel button down top with a bustier underneath. Andra looks beautiful with a red lip and it worked perfectly here along with her red nails to balance out her nude look.
Her beauty look overall is just flawless as always. Andra didn't wear this for her performance but for the interview portion, in which she was sitting down via zoom. She posed for the gram in a SAMMY B brown button down shirt and the matching faux wrap skirt. Although I wish that she wore the snakeskin boots like shown on the model.
However she still looked great and I love this ensemble on her. A flawless beauty look, gold jewelry and LE SILLA sandals finished up her look.
