Mandy Moore's wardrobe stylist Karla Welch snapped her before she headed out the door for the 68th Primetime Emmy Awards this evening(September 18th) at the Microsoft Theater in LA.
The singer turned actress is wearing a yellow PRABAL GURUNG RESORT 2017 chiffon floor length halter dress with tier ruffle panels.
My only complaint about Mandy's look is that I wish she went with a sleek up-do. Other than that, I like this dress on her even though it looks a tad too long. JENNIFER MEYER & BELADORA jewelry and OLGANA PARIS heels finished up her look.
