Last night(December 8th) Aja Naomi King hit the black carpet at the GQ 2016 Men of The Year party at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, CA.
She stepped out in a ROLAND MOURET FALL 2016 black & white one-shoulder honeycomb panel ankle length dress. On the runway, the dress was shorter and it was layered with a black honeycomb turtleneck which she left out.
I thought the dress looked great on Aja and with this length, a simple black pump was ideal even though it got lost in the carpet. RANDALL SCOTT fine jewelry, a center part ponytail and a red lip finished up her look. Do you like the way Aja rocked this dress or do you prefer the runway's presentation?

She should've worn white or black/white shoes. I like this ankles up
ReplyDeleteHer posing is a bit stiff in this photo, but I much prefer her version of the dress - it's sharper and more chic minimalist w/o the distracting turtleneck and sleeve that overload the dress rather than complete it.
