On hand as one of the honorees, Aja Naomi King attended the 10th annual Essence Black Women in Hollywood awards at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel yesterday evening(February 23rd) in Beverly Hills, CA.
Working a revealing look, she wore a MICHAEL COSTELLO FALL 2017 white sheer illusion lace mermaid dress with a turtleneck and long sheer dotted sleeves. Although Aja's dress hit the runway un-lined, she added a nude bodysuit underneath for coverage.
For me, this has a bridal feel to it and it is on the dated side. Also that sheer window bodice isn't flattering on her. She is beautiful but I am not a fan of this. SYDNEY EVAN jewelry, LORIBLU sandals, minimal make-up and straight off-the-shoulder tresses finished up her look. Did Aja sell you on this look?
