Katy Perry is set to perform her new song this evening(February 12th) at the 59th annual Grammy Awards at the Staples Center in LA.
She hit the red carpet in a TOM FORD FALL 2016 mixed media dress which featured a silver long sleeve sequin turtleneck top and a floor length feathered skirt with a back split.
On the carpet, she talked about her newly blond, side parted lob hairstyle saying 'the color is is a first for her. However back to her dress, I don't like the fit of the top but it is kinda slouchy on the runway so maybe that's how it is suppose to be. What do you think of Katy's look?
