Following her attendance at the Billboard awards, Rita Ora jetted off to Cannes, France to attend the 70th Anniversary gala for the 70th annual Cannes Film Festival at the Palais des Festivals this evening(Mat 23rd).
She hit the red carpet in a ELIE SAAB SPRING 2017 COUTURE sheer gold beaded rod embroidered gown with a halter neckline, cold-shoulders and cape sleeves.
I would have loved to see Rita with a colored lip or jewelry to balance out the tone of her look. However this is beaded look that is loved by his devoted followers. She finished up her look with gold jewelry and off-the-shoulder tresses.
