Harper's Bazaar Icons NYFW Party

On Friday(September 8th) Harper's Bazaar 'ICONS By Carine Roitfeld' party took place at The Plaza Hotel which was presented by Infor, Laura Mercier, Stella Artois, FUJIFILM and SWAROVSKI in New York City.

Selena Gomez looked simply pretty in a VALENTINO FALL 2017 COUTURE pink long sleeve, turtleneck dress which was accessorized with TIFFANY & CO jewelry, a green PRADA clutch and red STUART WEITZMAN sandals.

Jared Leto continues to show his love for GUCCI wearing another FALL 2017 suit. His two-piece floral suit was teamed with a pink & red floral shirt underneath. My only issue here is that I wish he had the pants hemmed.

Ciara looked great as well since giving birth to her baby girl. She wore a RASARIO PRE-FALL 2017 shimmery purple coat with the matching crossover, split detail & cut-out dress. STUART WEITZMAN sandals, side parted straight tresses and minimal make-up finished up her look.

Larsen Thompson looked great in a ANDREW GN SPRING 2017 floral embroidered mini dress with a high neckline and a structured shoulder. PAUL ANDREW pumps and straight tresses finished up her look.

Nicki Minaj wore a black strapless OSCAR DE LA RENTA FALL 2017 gown with contrasting blue, pink & yellow floral beading. Love this gown but it just overwhelms her. Also it is too tight on the bust.

Gigi Hadid ditched wearing a dress for a DOLCE & GABBANA FALL 2017 orange & gold three-piece floral jacquard suit. Adding an extra touch of shimmer to her look, she paired her suit with CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN glittery, retro shoes.

Olivia Culpo wore a black JONATHAN SIMKHAI RESORT 2017 sheer black lace & ruffle tulle floor length dress with a high neckline and tier skirt. This feels familiar but she does look great.

Jourdan Dunn was a standout in a MUGLER RESORT 2018 fuchsia two-piece suit which featured padded shoulders and matching crop pants. A side parted curly bob and white ankle tie shoes finished up her look.

Jaime King was head to toe in JASON WU FALL 2017 printed ruffle v-neck dress with a draped shoulder panel and and black patent shoes. A center part crimped hairstyle and red lips finished up her look.

Amber Rose worked her frame in a BALMAIN long sleeve black velvet studded mini dress which she styled with black velvet knee boots. Her signature buzz cut, red lips and black sunglasses finished up her look.

Vanessa Hudgens wore a JEREMY SCOTT butterfly printed floor length dress which she accessorized with a YSL clutch. I would have loved to see her with a colored lip but I like the dress.

Suki Waterhouse showed a lot of leg in a ALEXANDRE VAUTHER COUTURE sheer black one-shoulder shimmery dress with an asymmetrical side split, a belted waist and a bodysuit underneath for coverage. She definitely should have gone with a statement strappy sandal over those black pumps.

Victoria Justice wore a black AADNEVIK FALL 2017 mini dress which featured a sheer organza over lay bodice and a tier skirt. Victoria could have easily worn sandals or pumps but I like that she chose boots.

Jamie Chung wore a ROBERTO CAVALLI printed strapless floor length, peplum gown with a belted waist. This gown is just too long on her. GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI SPRING 2017 'Dionne' sandals and a statement necklace finished up her look.

Kaia Gerber also wore a AADNEVIK FALL 2017 mini dress which was teamed with caged sandal booties. Minimal make-up and side parted tresses finished up her look.

Kim Kardashian who is wearing a platinum blonde hair, wore a VINTAGE VERSACE strapless floor length dress with a cut-out embellished back and statement choker.

Paris Jackson wore a printed floor length JENNY PACKHAM ruffle tier dress with cut-out sides. I like the dress but it looks like it is too much for.

Kendall Jenner actually looked pretty in this black sheer DOLCE & GABBANA SPRING 2016 dress with an embellished neckline. However we have seen this dress so many times on the carpet and I wish she had it lined.

Cara Santana wore the GALIA LAHAV 'Myst Shanghai' color-block sequin midi dress with a v-neckline, small cut-out sandals and a cut-out back. I wish the dress was a couple of inches shorter & tailored. However I still like and the red sandals coordinates well with it.

Karlie Kloss wore a ALEXANDRE VAUTHIER FALL 2017 COUTURE black long sleeve velvet dress with a plunging neckline, a belted waist and a thigh-high split. I prefer the look of the neckline on the runway as the wide neckline on Karlie is not flattering. I am not sold on her look at all which was topped off with GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals.

Sabrina Carpenter wore a CINQ A SEPT FALL 2017 dress which I like. However I cannot get on board with her make-up. That dark lip is not her friend.
