On Tuesday(September 19th) Nicole Richie posed for pictures at Urban Decay`s Troublemaker Mascara launch at Hubble Studio in LA.
For the occasion, she wore a ULLA JOHNSON red-orange midi dress which featured ruffle short sleeves, a tie neck, a gathered ruffle waist and a pleated, ruffle skirt.
Beauty wise she went with a twisted top knot and smokey eyes which topped off her great look along with statement earrings and GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals.
