Hong Chau in Adeam at the CFDA, Variety & WWD Runway to Red Carpet Luncheon

This afternoon(February 20th) Hong Chau hit the green carpet at the CFDA, Variety and WWD Runway to Red Carpet luncheon at Chateau Marmot in LA. 

For the occasion, she wore a silk ADEAM SPRING 2018 midnight navy & blue asymmetrical scarf panel top and the matching paperbag, wide-leg trousers.

I like the idea of this look but the trousers are a bit unflattering on her. She finished up with straight off-the-shoulder tresses and a black bag. What do you think of Hong Chau's look?
