To promote her new tv show 'Single Parents', Leighton Meester stopped by the Build Series in New York today(September 25th) to discuss her role.
Braving the rainy weather, she wore THE VAMPIRE'S WIFE 'The Cinderella' gypsy rose motif dress which stopped just above her ankles and featured the brand's signature tier ruffle cuffs & hem.
