Last night(February 21st) the 2019 Hollywood for Science Gala took place, in which the UCLA IoES honored Barbra Streisand and Gisele Bundchen in Beverly Hills, California.
Nina Dobrev looked simply pretty in a CUSHNIE PRE-FALL 2019 navy v-neck, light power viscose column gown, with a tonal sequin panel, and a black split. She dressed up her look with CHOPARD jewelry and a black clutch which topped off her look.
Julia Jones looked great wearing a ANTONIO BERARDI PRE-FALL 2018 black gown, featuring a halter neckline, cut outs at the shoulders, and a sequin bodice. In the look book, the long sleeve top was shown down, with the sleeves tied around the waist. The gown looks great either way but the look book styling has a sporty feel to it, which I like. SWAROVSKI earrings and a up-do with tendrils rounded out her look.
Adriana Lima showed some skin of course, wearing a DAVID KOMA SPRING 2019 black & yellow cutout crepe de chine, asymmetrical ruffle dress. The wing tip eyes are dramatic in a great way but it competes for attention against the dress. The dress is already confusing. CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN pumps and a black clutch topped of her look.
Gisele Bündchen was definitely one of the standouts here, wearing a white one-shoulder, draped shoulder panel gown from the STELLA MCCARTNEY sustainable collection. I know we don't see Gisele a lot on the carpet but this is easily her best.
Jasmine Tookes also was my favorite wearing a AUGUST GETTY SPRING 2018 white one long sleeve embellished gown, which was accessorized with CHOPARD & ZOE LEV jewelry.
