Lucy Liu and Laura Linney wore CHRISTIAN SIRIANO to the 73rd Annual Tony Awards yesterday evening(June 9th) at the 3 West Club in New York.
Lucy Liu made a dramatic entrance wearing a FALL 2019 purple layered tulle gown, with a plunging neckline. I am not a fan of the layered bra panel on the bust and although we have see similar gowns like this before, the color stands out. I just love her in this gown, definitely a best dressed moment for her. Also the green LORRAINE SCHWARTZ and TYLER ELLIS clutch popped against her gown perfectly.
Laura Linney wore a FALL 2018 black crystal beaded, velvet gown, with a draped shoulder panel and a side split detail. We have seen this crystal velvet beaded fabric by Siriano on the carpet a lot but she still looked nice. However I am missing that split.
Kristin Chenoweth wore a PRE-FALL 2019 black ruffle cold-shoulder dress, which stopped just above her knees. Her look was accessorized with a silver glittery clutch with her name on it and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN boots. I like that she always has fun with fashion but the accessories doesn't coordinate well together or with the dress. The dress is a bit to tween and I prefer the look book's styling.
