The Film4 Summer Screen film festival kicked off today(August 8th) and Penelope Cruz was on hand for the opening gala and the 'Pain And Glory' premiere at the Somerset House.
The actress chose a sparkly, playful dress from the RALPH & RUSSO FALL 2019 COUTURE collection. Her colorful jewel embellished and tier feather dress, stopped above her ankles.
Sometimes with a neckline like this, a necklace would be a good addition but with a detailed dress like this, it wasn't needed. A slightly chic, messy up-do, a shiny pink lip and a gold clutch & sandals put the finishing touches on her look.
