On Friday(October 11th) Katy Perry performed at the David Lynch Foundation's 'Silence the Violence' benefit at The Anthem in Washington, DC. Her stylist Samantha Burkhart posted her look to instagram.
She posed for the gram beautifully in a CAROLINA HERRERA SPRING 2020 strapless white & black polka dot gown, which was adorned with a playful ruffle side panel on the bodice and a satin bow, waist sash.
