Cate Blanchett in Giorgio Armani & Esteban Cortazar at the 77th Venice Film Festival Jury Photocall, ''Lacci'' Premiere & Opening Ceremony

Cate Blanchett is on hand as the president of the juror's this year for the 77th Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy and she was on hand for the photocall and the ''Lacci'' Premiere & Opening Ceremony today(September 2nd).

For the jury photocall, she wore a GIORGIO ARMANI long sleeve navy and grey stripe blouse with the matching pants. The belt is the star here because it is what keeps this stripe ensemble interesting, while adding a much needed pop of color.

For the premiere & opening ceremony, she wore a ESTEBAN CORTAZAR SPRING 2016 shimmery black & white trim ruffle dress with a high-low hemline. You may remember that Cate wore this at the London Film Festival. She is a fashion repeater and I am here for it. However I would swap out the black pumps for a black ankle strap sandal and I think a sleek, behind-the-ear hairstyle would have been ideal. However the dress looks great on her.

Cate's stylist Elizabeth Stewart has a non-profit called ''Chic Relief'' joint fundraising + advocacy campaign called RAD at Venice. Talent, stylists and brands will donate red carpet looks that are worn throughout the festival for auction to benefit two global charities – UN Women & Facing History and Ourselves.  So Cate will be re-wearing more looks at the festival which is so great.
