Yesterday evening(September 22nd) in Paris, France, Clotilde Courau hit the green carpet for The House Pierre Cardin 70th Anniversary photocall event.
For the occasion, she chose a layered color-block, silk chiffon halter dress with a plunging neckline from the AZZEDINE ALAIA PRE-FALL 2020 collection. The actress didn't line the top of the dress, allowing her nipples to be on display.
It's not a bad look but lining would have been ideal. A lot times, people tend to stick with the matching belt but thankfully she swapped it out for a more balanced, complimentary style.
Also while her sandals work with this dress, I wish she wore the look book's lace-up, cutout booties as they add a chicer edge to this feminine, sultry piece. Light make-up and a pulled back up-do rounded out her look.
