Maybelline New York x Urban Sophistication Collaboration

As you may or may not know, May is Mental Health Awareness Month and MAYBELLINE NEW YORK is teaming up with URBAN SOPHISTICATION to launch a custom bundle that will feature an iPhone case and makeup. The collaboration will have 100% of the proceeds going to The Jed Foundation which is a nonprofit that protects emotional health and prevents suicide for our nation's teens and young adults. Inside of this unique bundle, you will find a mirrored iPhone case(available in sizes iPhone X/XS/XR, 11/Pro/Pro Max, 12/Pro/Pro Max) with a phrase on the back reading ''social media does not define beauty standards.'' The message behind the phrase is deep and inspiring. Social media has a lot of negativity but the positive side of it which coincides with this message, is that everything is not always as it appears but when positively used, makeup and social media can empower and inspire.

The makeup bag is filled with Maybelline products including a Cheek Heat Gel Cream Blush, a Lifter Gloss and Sky High Mascara. The bundle will retail for $45 and it will be available on the Urban Sophistication website on Thursday(May 13th). Also be sure to check Maybelline New York's ''Maybelline Brave Together'' program which launched ''31 Days of Brave'', a program dedicating their various platforms to raise awareness, inspire open and honest conversation around anxiety and depression, and to support leading non-profit organizations that provide direct support. Dealing with mental illness is tough, trust me I know but this is a great program and collaboration which is bringing more awareness to the issue in a positive way. The conversation on mental illness can't stop and thankfully they're big brands like Maybelline that are using their platform to keep the conversation going.
