Following her attendance at the Academy opening gala, Laverne Cox and more were spotted arriving at the New York City Ballet's 2021 Fall Fashion Gala yesterday evening(September 30th).
Diane Kruger wore a custom JASON WU COLLECTION SPRING 2022 fuchsia off-the-shoulder peplum gown. I don't know what that black bow piece is that hanging on the side but I wish that it was removed. Also I would have loved to see her wearing a simple, diamond necklace but nonetheless, she stood out and looked fantastic posing in this bold, fuchsia gown.
Cara Santana wore the SOLACE LONDON ''Elson'' white off-the-shoulder dress and it is giving bridal. However she looked great but I would have loved to see her carrying a colored clutch.
Kristin Chenoweth was all smiles wearing a PAMELLA ROLAND SPRING 2021 pink beaded and feather, strapless dress. The dress is longer on Kristin most likely because she is shorter than the model. I think either lengths work for the ballet. Also the playful appeal of this dress suits her personality and she looked great in it. However I don't like her shoe choice, sandals would have been an ideal choice.
Laverne Cox wore a custom CHRISTOPHER JOHN ROGERS SPRING 2020 plaid strapless gown which was accessorized with CICADA jewelry. This look would have been a win but the top fits horribly on the bust.
