During the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival yesterday evening(June 13th), the annual Chanel Arts Dinner took place at Balthazar in New York City. The guests were wearing CHANEL of course.
Penelope Cruz wore a pink printed SPRING 2022 maxi dress and accessories. This dress would have been cute but it's the design of the that doesn't sit right with me. From the straps to the neckline, it's not working.
Amandla Stenberg wore a tweed crop jacket and SPRING 2022 cutout pants. I'm not loving the design of the pants but maybe for the beach. However they alright on her.
Jayme Lawson looked pretty in a pink tweed dress & coat. The dress looks a bit ill-fitting and those shoes are too matronly.
Dianna Agron looked great but offseason. Maybe she should have gone with a lighter coat.
Lucy Boynton wore a RESORT 2023 ensemble that suits her. I feel like loafers or oxfords would have been a better shoe choice but it's still not a bad look.
Maria Bakalova wore a white sleeveless, collard shirt with satin trousers. It's a simple but great look but those creases became the focal point.
Kyra Sedgwick wore a FALL 2021 ensemble and you may remember that Marion Cotillard wore the crop jacket in September 2021. The creases are unfortunate but she looked good.
Lily Allen wore an all black ensemble which had an offseason tone but she looked great.
Andie MacDowell looked great in an all black ensemble as well.
Odessa Young went the sophisticated route, wearing a sheer white blouse and tweed pants. It was a great look for her.
Sadie Sink stepped out in a tweed skirt with black logo toe-cap, knee boots.
Sydney Chandler wore a SPRING 2022 leather embroidered jumpsuit. Is it offseason? yes. Do I love it? yes. It's been a little cool at night in NY so it works.
