77th Cannes Film Festival Closing Ceremony

The 77th Cannes Film Festival came to a close on yesterday(May 25th) in France and the celebs made their way to the redcarpet one last time for the closing ceremony which was held at Palais des Festivals. To relive the red carpet looks, click HERE and continue below for the looks. 

Elle Fanning lead the way wearing a GUCCI RESORT 2025 kaftan dress. I like this on her, but the color washes her really bad. Maybe, a colored lip or jewelry could have helped, but I feel like a richer hue would have been so much better. 

Demi Moore ended on run at the festival on a high note because she looked beautiful in this custom CELINE which was accessorized with CHOPARD jewelry. 

Greta Gerwig also wore custom CELINE and she looked pretty. However, I really dislike her shoe choice. Like, why wear black pumps with this? It makes no sense. A silver metallic sandal would have finished this off perfectly. 

Ana Girardot wore custom CELINE as well. Her black strapless gown was layered with a sheer dotted, overlay. It's a nice look, but it doesn't excite. I feel like some extra sparkles and better head styling could have enhanced this.

Lily Gladstone wore a two-tone PRADA dress and I am not loving it. The necklace is gorgeous, but the fit on the bust is not good for this to be custom. The gown is basic and I am not sold on the design or quality. 

Mellody Hobson looked pretty wearing a RICHARD QUINN floral embroidered & black tulle frock. I actually love the runway version, but the modification of the frock for her was perfect. 

Melanie Laurent went the casually cool route, wearing a AMI PARIS FALL 2024 black ensemble. My only callouts are a colored lip and hemmed pants could have made this so much better than it was. I still like it though. 

Viola Davis wore a custom dress by AMI PARIS. The black sequin column dress was layered with a white satin ruffled cape and dressed up with jewelry by CHOPARD. It has a nun like look to it, but she still looked lovely in it. 

Joey King wore a custom MIU MIU dress in yellow with sheer black embellished gloves. The dress also features a cutout detail in the back with a charming bow. I like this but I feel like it would have been so much better with the gloves if the dress were black. 

Vicky Krieps wore another dress from the CHANEL FALL 2019 COUTURE collection. Although, I am not a fan of this, it is actually much better than her other looks.

Eva Green ended on a DEL CORE FALL 2024 sequin gown. I feel like a necklace was needed and the gown was too tight on the bust, but it's not a bad look to her festival run.

Simone Ashley wore a STELLA MCCARTNEY FALL 2024 black strapless mini dress with a flowing train in the back. The head styling is flawless and I love the necklace. However, there are fit issues on the bust and I would swap out the black pumps for an ankle strap sandal. 

Sofia Carson wore a ELIE SAAB SPRING 2004 COUTURE gown which I like. However, this would look so much better on a taller person.
