82nd Golden Globes Award Wrap-up

Following the Palm Springs Film awards, Amy Adams, Mikey Madison, Ariana Grande, and more attended the 82nd Annual Golden Globe Awards which was held on Sunday(January 5th) at the Beverly Hilton in LA. Continue below for the wrap-up and click HERE for all the red carpet looks.

Elle Fanning turned to BALMAIN, wearing a custom strapless pleated gown that was belted at the waist. I am glad that the leopard beaded bra cups were added because champagne hue could have washed her out. Her gorgeous look was topped off with a complimentary beauty look.

Glenn Close wore the black long sleeve BALMAIN 'Love Letter' printed dress with a side slit. I feel like she should have left the gloves out and the black pumps and opaque aren't working for me.

Eddie Redmayne took a fashion risk as always, wearing a VALENTINO PRE-FALL 2025 black & ivory window pane suit. This would have been great if the pants were hemmed.

Timothee Chalamet wore a suit by TOM FORD. The specs of sparkle and the blue scarf helped his look to standout. The scarf is most likely a 'Bob Dylan' reference but, I do think he needed a size up though.

Edgar Ramirez looked great in a BRIONI black velvet, double-breasted suit tuxedo with accessories.

Sharon Stone wore a GEORGES CHAKRA SPRING 2014 COUTURE one-shoulder dress and I like how she switched up the sleeve dress. It suits her better.

Sofia Vergara wore a GEORGES CHAKRA FALL 2024 COUTURE black strapless gown. She looked great, but it's giving deja vu.

Ariana Grande wore a GIVENCHY SPRING 1996 COUTURE yellow strapless dress and it was not a good choice. The color doesn't work on her and I don't know why she insists on wearing pumps with everything. They don't work here either.

Kaley Cuoco wore a KATHERINE KIDD cape dress and I thought the silhouette was really cute, but I wish the fabric was different.

Melissa McCarthy served up some drama wearing a dark pink top and pants with an ombre ruffle cape on it from the CHRISTIAN SIRIANO RESORT 2025 collection. I love the cape but this is an overload of pink. DAVID YURMAN jewelry finished up her look.

Janelle James worked her frame in a CHRISTIAN SIRIANO black velvet, strapless gown and she looked gorgeous.

Quinta Brunson sparkled beautifully in a custom ROBERTO CAVALLI COUTURE gown which was adorned with intricate hand-embroidered crystals and beads. I really like this rich brown velvet hue and the gown fits her perfectly.

Sherryl Lee Ralph wore a custom ST. JOHN dark red off-the-shoulder dress. She looked great, but a necklace was needed to elevate this.

Kate Winslet wore a ERDEM white suit with contrasting black beaded flower details. It's not an exciting look, but it works in her favor. MARTIN KATZ jewelry finished up her look.

Miley Cyrus
wore a black & silver embellished, cutout dress by CELINE. I just don't think the sunglasses were needed.

Naomi Watts wore a custom SCHIAPARELLI COUTURE black and pink strapless gown with earrings. I like the petal detailing at the hem, but I wish that it was the entire bottom.

Rachel Brosnahan wore an emerald green VIVIENNE WESTWOOD signature draped, dress. I don't know why, but I am on the fence about the necklace. Maybe, it's because the green's are off, but she definitely needed one. Also, I would swap out the gold pumps for a ankle strap heel.

Andrew Scott could not be missed wearing an aqua suit by VIVIENNE WESTWOOD. It was definitely a fun color choice, but I feel like he is missing a piece of jewelry.

Alexandra Daddario wore a VIVIENNE WESTWOOD COUTURE black sequin column dress with a playful, white asymmetrical feather neckline. As always, she added her signature red lip to top off her look. I wish the feather neckline was completely  off-the-shoulders, and her hair down behind-the-ear. Also, I feel on this occasion, the red lip was too harsh.

Heidi Klum wore a MARIA LUCIA HOHAN signature green silk-chiffon, cutout dress. This dress is right up Heidi's style alley, but I don't like it for this occasion.

Annabelle Wallis wore a WIEDERHOEFT SPRING 2025 pink shimmery dress and she looked great in it.

Adam Brody wore a two-tone double-breasted suit by PRADA and I am here for it. I love the combination of the dark green, and black. Also, love the flower brooch. He looked great.

Sebastian Stan walked away a winner wearing head to toe PRADA. The contrasting white pipping helps his all black look pop, but the pants needed to be hemmed.

Mikey Madison wore a BOTTEGA VENETA custom enameled sequin dress. I kinda wish she wore a small, simple necklace. Also, the dress is too tight on the bust.

Ramy Youssef wore a black double-breasted tuxedo and the 'Comma' lace-ip shoes by BOTTEGA VENETA. I feel like he needed a tie.

Ariana DeBose
wore a OSCAR DE LA RENTA PRE-FALL 2025 chocolate brown silk-chiffon cape dress with a cut-out detail in the back.

Leighton Meester wore a yellow chainmail, draped dress from the VERSACE SPRING 2024 collection. I like this dress, but she needed an open-toe heel instead of those white pointy toe pumps. Also, loose tresses with a statement earrings would have elevated this dress. ANITO KO jewelry finished up her look.

Jeremy Strong
wore a made-to-measure LORO PIANA jade green suit and bucket hat with a RICHARD MILLE watch and some cool glasses. If this was the VMA's or Grammy's, sure.

Nicholas Alexander Chavez wore a rich burgundy suit by VERSACE, which was accessorized with CARTIER jewelry and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN shoes. I love the color of this suit, but the jacket looks slightly short.

Jordana Brewster looked pretty wearing a NAEEM KHAN PRE-FALL 2024 red jewel beaded column dress.

Kathryn Hahn wore a ALTUZARRA SPRING 2025 black draped shoulder top which was belted at the waist and a mustard-yellow floor length skirt. I actually like this on her. It doesn't scream GG red carpet, but it works for her. However, I wish that she kept the belt from the look book.

Marren Morris was on tune with the carpet, wearing a red round pointy, strapless dress from the CAROLINA HERRERA RESORT 2025 collection. I can't think of a look of hers that I really liked, but that changed with this one. I don't like the neckline but this is elegant and pretty.

Kate Hudson wore a CAROLINA HERRERA PRE-FALL 2025 beaded strapless gown and she looked pretty.

Rachel Smith posed in a shiny gold embellished halter dress from the RABANNE RESORT 2025 collection. She looked gorgeous, but I have quibbles about her look. I feel like she should have worn the draped sleeve panel as shown in the look book. Also, this would have looked a lot better in a floor length version.

Angelina Jolie wore a ALEXANDER MCQUEEN SPRING 2025 silver embellished dress with sheer underlining. I feel like she is not edgy enough to wear a dress like this. Imagine this on somebody like Zendaya. The results would be different.

Keri Russell
wore a STEPHANE ROLLAND FALL 2024 COUTURE white belted, coat dress which I love. However, I wish that she had softer eyes, and I would swap out the black pumps for gold.

Abby Elliott
looked gorgeous in a MONIQUE LUHILLER FALL 2024 dark blue pleated ball gown with a pearl embellished, scoop neckline.

Molly Sims
also wore a MONIQUE LHUILLIER dress. Her SPRING 2024 peach cape dress was accessorized with a TYLER ELLIS clutch and LE SILLA sandals. A red lip helped to balance out her look.

Sarah Paulson wore a ELIE SAAB FALL 2024 COUTURE black strapless, crepe and feather gown. I think there is too much feathers here. Maybe, if her hair were in an up-do so that it didn't compete with the feathered neckline. Honestly, I wish there were no feathers on the neckline.

Awkafina
wore a JENNY PACKHAM RESORT 2025 black sheer panel dress with shimmery embroidered  pipping. I am not crazy about the sheer cutouts and I prefer the look book's hue, but I don't think that color would have worked on her.

Nikki Glaser
posed on the carpet before her hosting duties wearing a custom ATELIER PRABAL GURUNG gown which I like. However, I wish it was in a richer hue and that she wore open-toe heels.

Cristin Milioti
wore a RODARTE black strapless velvet dress with an embellished bust and she looked great. Instead of wearing a necklace, she opted for statement earrings.

Auliʻi Cravalho wore a HOUSE OF GILES white pleated, corset dress with a flower on the shoulders. I am not loving the flower on the shoulders, but it was definitely needed to make this dress standout.
