2025 BAFTA Television Awards

On Sunday(May 11th) the 2025 BAFTA Television Awards with P&O Cruises was held at The Royal Festival Hall in London.

Marisa Abela wore the custom DANIELLE FRANKEL 'Veda' structured silk linen organza bustier with the 'Cosette' soft tulle column skirt. I love that this was re-created for Marisa in this rich plum hue. The bustier looks slightly tight on the bust, but this was still a lovely, elegant look.

Nicola Coughlan wore a custom RICHARD QUINN FALL 2024 two-tone, tea length gown which featured an ivory rosette neckline and a black sequin skirt. On the runway, the skirt swept the floor in a velvet fabric. I like both versions and I thought she looked pretty.

Emma Willis wore a GUCCI grey logo, double-breasted suit. In the look book, the model wore the suit with nothing underneath, but Emma added a white button down shirt and a black tie which worked in her favor. The fit was perfect and she looked great for the occasion.

Jessica Gunning wore a custom velvet off-the-shoulder gown by LOEWE. Jessica's gown featured the label's signature gold feather detail on the neckline. I don't mind the gold feather, but I don't think the white feather was needed. Also, I find the gown to be a little too long for her height.

Billie Piper wore a VIVIENNE WESTWOOD pink off-the-shoulder, silk-taffeta open skirt gown with a pink pleated mini skirt underneath. I get the idea, but I am not feeling the execution. I feel like the pleated skirt does gown with the gown. I feel like shorts or tapered leg pants would have been better. Also, sheer black tights and black platform heels would have been my last accessory choice. It just feels too heavy. A simple metallic heel would have been ideal.
