'Wednesday' Season 2 London Premiere

On Wednesday(July 30th) the cast of ''Wednesday'' returned to the carpet for the season 2, Part 1 premiere which was held at Central Hall, Westminster in London.

Jenna Ortega and her stylist keeps elevating goth fashion, and with each of her outings, it gets better and better. On this occasion, she turned to ASHI STUDIO, wearing a FALL 2025 COUTURE beige semi-sheer snakeskin textured, latex high-waisted top with the matching long mermaid cut skirt. For a nipped waist, a coordinating waist corset with back lacing was added and an asymmetrical ruffled trim finished off the details. I'm not loving the lace-up detail in the back, but this was the perfect look for the premiere.

2025 BAFTA Television Awards

On Sunday(May 11th) the 2025 BAFTA Television Awards with P&O Cruises was held at The Royal Festival Hall in London.

Marisa Abela wore the custom DANIELLE FRANKEL 'Veda' structured silk linen organza bustier with the 'Cosette' soft tulle column skirt. I love that this was re-created for Marisa in this rich plum hue. The bustier looks slightly tight on the bust, but this was still a lovely, elegant look.

Gillian Anderson, Keeley Hawes and Billie Piper hit the red carpet for the 'Scoop' world premiere, which was held the Curzon Mayfair Cinema in London this evening(March 27th).

Gillian Anderson wore a EMILIA WICKSTEAD dark teal, strapless dress which was accessorized with SOLANGE AZAGURY-PARTRIDGE jewelry and GIANVITO ROSSI sandals. This is just okay for me. I feel like she needed a necklace and the fit along with the design is off. 

Keeley Hawes wore a black blazer and a semi-sheer, tulle ankle length skirt by HUISHAN ZHANG which was accessorized with VRAI jewelry and JIMMY CHOO sandals. A brooch on her jacket would have really elevated this look.

2023 Elle Style Awards

Honorees Gemma Chan, Ncuti Gatwa, Florence Pugh and more attended the 2023 Elle Style Awards this evening(September 5th) in London at the Old Sessions House.

Gemma Chan wore a LOUIS VUITTON silk and lace panel slip dress but it feels more like something we would see from Gucci. It's not a bad look but it's not a great one either.

Ncuti Gatwa suited up in OZWALD BOATENG and he looked sharp to me.

Golda Rosheuvel was my favorite wearing this CAROLINA HERRERA PRE-FALL 2023 black & silver embellished cape gown which was accessorized with BULGARI jewelry and MANOLO BLAHNIK heels. She looked so elegantly beautiful and the cornrows added a touch of edge to her look.

Billie Piper was on hand at the 63rd BFI London Film Festival today(October 10th) for the premiere of 'Rare Beasts' at The Curzon Mayfair in London.

Billie went the see-through route, wearing a VICTORIA BECKHAM FALL 2019 black macrame lace turtleneck top with embroidered roundlets, with the matching midi skirt. 

For coverage, she layered her ensemble with a black bra & briefs. This works on Billie but I actually prefer the runway's styling with the sheer black stockings & bright pink pumps. What do you think of Billie's look?

'Marriage Story' 76th Venice Film Festival Premiere Wrap-up

Laura Dern, Scarlett Johansson and more attended the 'Marriage Story' premiere this evening(August 29th) at the Sala Grande during the 76th Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy.

Molly Sims may not be the star of the film but she made sure she stood out wearing a beautiful lilac gown by ZUHAIR MURAD. Her SPRING 2019 COUTURE pleated metallic panel gown with ruffles shoulders, featured a crisscross neckline on the runway. However Molly wore it vertically, which made the neckline a little wide. I actually prefer the gown as presented on the runway but she still looked beautiful. NABELA CHAN earrings, YVAN TUFENKJIAN rings and a matching clutch rounded out her look.

Yesterday evening(May 12th) in London, some celebs hit the red carpet for the 2019 Virgin Media BAFTA TV awards at The Royal Festival Hall.

Ruth Wilson chose a dress from the ALESSANDRA RICH FALL 2019 collection. Her black v-neck, high slit maxi dress which was adorned with buttons, wasn't belted in the look book. However the addition of the belt worked in her favor.

Laura Carmichael turned to her go to designer, CHRISTOPHER KANE. She wore a Fall 2017 red off-the-shoulder ankle length dress and black crisscross strap pumps. I like the dress but the length doesn't work with the shoes.
