2021 Academy Museum Of Motion Pictures Opening Gala

Following her previous outing, Emilia Jones and so many other celebs hit the green carpet on Saturday(September 25th) for the opening gala of the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in LA.

Regina Hall wore a playful JULIEN MACDONALD SPRING 2020 semi see-through, mint fringe dress which was styled with STUART WEITZMAN sandals. I am not loving the dress but Regina looked good in it. 

Nicole Kidman posed alongside Regina wearing a RODARTE SPRING 2022 embellished floral dress which was accessorized with a black clutch and GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI heels. I am not loving the hair or the shoes with this dress. I feel like she needed a sleeker hairstyle and simple black sandals.

Abigail Breslin in Oscar de la Renta on Good Morning America

Following the premiere, Abigail Breslin was spotted arriving for an appearance on Good Morning America yesterday(July 27th) to continue promoting ''Stillwater.''

She arrived wearing a OSCAR DE LA RENTA RESORT 2022 light blue shift dress which was adorned with flower appliqués and side pockets which she utilized. In the look book, the dress was shown with the matching coat but thankfully it was ditched because of the mature take it gives. 

She could have easily gone with metallic or nude heels but instead she chose an unexpected hue, fuchsia. The bow on the shoes are a bit focus pulling but I like the color. Light makeup and center part waves rounded out her look.

Following the Cannes photocall & premiere, Abigail Breslin was joined by AnnaSophia Robb on the red carpet yesterday evening(July 26th) for the New York premiere of ''Stillwater.''

Abigail Breslin wore a black and gold tulle embroidered gown with shoulder ties by MONIQUE LHUILLIER. I think in general, this gown was a great choice but I dislike the top part on her and her hair should have been completely off-the-shoulders.

Following the premiere, Abigail Breslin and Camille Cottin attended the ''Stillwater'' 74th Cannes Film Festival photocall earlier today(July 9th).

Abigail Breslin wore a floral OSCAR DE LA RENTA FALL 2021 frock which was accessorized with a silver clutch and SOPHIA WEBSTER silver metallic pumps. For me, I think platform sandals would have been a better shoe choice than the pumps and she needed to ditch the clutch because it doesn't go here. But honestly the shape isn't doing her any favors, I like the print though.

Abigail Breslin in Jill Jill Stuart at the 'Zombieland Double Tap' LA Premiere

Abigail Breslin is one of the stars in the new 'Zombieland Double Tap' film and yesterday evening(October 11th) she attended the premiere at the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood, California.

She hit the carpet in the JILL JILL STUART 'Femke' hot pink, deep v-neck gown which she teamed with matching satin sandals. Adding some sparkles to her vibrant hue gown, she accessorized with diamond studs, a diamond necklace and ring.

I am thankful that she didn't wear the black because the hot pink has more impact. However the fit on the bust is off and I wish someone told her that her bra was slightly visible on the neckline & the side. Nonetheless, her premiere choice wasn't a bad one. What do you think of Abigail's look?

Scream Queens 2016 San Diego Comic Con Panel

On Friday(July 22nd) Lea Michele, Emma Roberts, Keke Palmer, Billie Lourd and Abigail Breslin attended the Scream Queens press line during the San Diego Comic Con at the Bayfront Hilton in San Diego, CA. 

Lea Michele showed a lot of cleavage wearing a SOLACE LONDON white short sleeve mini dress with a deep v-neckline. Firstly, I think she was just too overdressed for the occasion, second the overload of cleavage doesn't look appealing and lastly I think a strappy sandal would have complimented her dress more over the pumps. 

Emma Roberts wore a MULBERRY metallic bronze and black leopard suit with a black WOLFORD top underneath. I like her ensemble but the hair doesn't compliment it. She should have went with something simpler and off-the-shoulder. 

Keke Palmer wore a metallic floral embroidered GUCCI PRE-FALL 2016 bomber jacket with an ANNA SUI SPRING 2016 floral embroidered crop top underneath and BALLY jeans & sandals. I like that Keke's has been mixing her style up but this look has a lot going on. A high braided ponytail with shaved sides and a PROENZA SCHOULER clutch topped off her look.

68th Annual Director's Guild Awards Wrap-up

On Saturday(February 6th) the 68th Annual Director's Guild of America Awards took place at  Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in LA.

Stana Katic wore a ROKSANDA sleeveless black column dress with a contrasting cobalt blue & neon pink ruffled neckline. Instead of going with a simple sandal, Stana opted for pointy toe pumps. A black clutch and a high bun completed her look. 

Regina King rocked a white plunging neckline halter jumpsuit accessorized with DENA KEMP drop earrings and nude strappy sandals. A plunging neckline can be hard to pull off and for me it doesn't work here for. However I love her braided side swept hair do and bold magenta pout. 

Angela Bassett wore a CHRISTIAN SIRIANO SPRING 2016 black short sleeve long dress with a cut-out lace high neck top. While I am not too crazy about the top part of the dress, she looks beautiful. Statement jewelry, a slick up-do and a smokey eye completed her look.
