Kelly Rowland wore a GEORGES CHAKRA FALL 2024 COUTURE black velvet and gold embellished gown. Yes the design is weird, but I think that she is working it. I just feel like her hair should have been pulled back, behind-the-ear.

This evening(April 9th) in France, MJ Rodriguez and Abigail Spencer hit the pink carpet during Day 5 of the 7th Canneseries International Festival. 

MJ Rodrgiuez wore a the VERSACE ''Medusa '95'' black fluted gown. Even though MJ looked so pretty, I need this dress to be retired. It is a classic piece from the fashion house, but it's had its run. Also, I feel like her look called for some more jewelry, like gold bracelets.

Abigail Spencer in Zaid Affas at Step Up's 2023 Inspiration Awards

Abigail Spencer made on way back on the scene for an appearance at Step Up's annual 2023 Inspiration Awards which was held at the Skirball Cultural Center in LA today(October 6th)

For the occasion, she wore a ZAID AFFAS nude belted, halter top and a black pencil skirt. I like this ensemble. It's sophisticated and chic, which worked for the afternoon awards luncheon. 

My only quibble is I feel like the top is too loose on her. I like the more tailored approach of the top on the model. Nonetheless, it was still a great look.

2021 LA Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic

Following Jimmy Kimmel, Charlize Theron and more attended the 2021 Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic at Will Rogers State Historic Park on Satruday(October 2nd) in Pacific Palisades, California.

Charlize Theron was casually cool, rocking a white button down shirt and a faux wrap houndstooth skirt which was accessorized with a black clutch and GIVENCHY loafers.

Abigail Spencer looked great wearing a CELINE SPRING 2021 floral georgette, halter dress which was accessorized with a tan clutch and brown platform sandals. 

Ella Balinska rocked a DAVID KOMA RESORT 2022 white strapless, embellished jumpsuit. I don't think this works for the occasion but I love this jumpsuit on her.

Abigail Spencer was one of the many celebs that is serving looks on instagram and she posted a new look this week to her page.

She posed for the gram in a ALESSANDRA RICH FALL 2020 black faux wrap, heart printed mini dress which she paired with WOLFORD tights, CELINE black leather knee boots, a JANESSA LEONE hat and dark sunglasses. 

I actually would have preferred this with ankle boots or ankle strap pumps but there is nothing truly wrong here that can put me off from liking this look. Center part waves and a pink lip color rounded out her look. Did Abigail sell you on her instagram style?

Olivia Wilde looked great wearing a MICHAEL KORS COLLECTION SPRING 2020 navy belted jumpsuit which she accessorized with a box clutch an red pumps. I really love this jumpsuit, this was just perfect.

Kerry Washington wore a BROCK COLLECTION FALL 2019 dress which she teamed with MIDNIGHT 00 SPRING 2019 pumps. Her beauty look is flawless but I am not loving this dress. The waist seam looks off.

Yesterday evening(November 25th) in New York, a few celeb hit the red carpet for the 2019 International Emmy Awards Gala.

Iman is one beautiful women who tends to get it right. She worked the PRABAL GURUNG FALL 2019 'Ankara' white feather trim, one-shoulder gown. She dressed up her silk gown with DAVID WEBB jewelry and while I don't think she needed the necklace, it doesn't hurt her look with it.

On Friday night(October 4th) Lizzy Caplan & Abigail Spencer attended the Huluween party as part of their new Hulu show 'Reprisal' during the 2019 NY Comic Con in New York.

Lizzy Caplan has been off the scene for a while and this time around, she is working with new stylist. While I really like this vibrant red lace panel CHRISTOPHER KANE PRE-FALL 2019 dress, it doesn't work on Lizzy. It is better suited for someone on the taller side. Given that this is a 'Huluween' event, the eye makeup gets a pass. A matching lip, an EDIE PARKER clutch and MALONE SOULIERS mules rounded out her look.

Yesterday(May 1st) some celeb stepped out for the 2019 Hulu Upfront brunch and presentation at Scarpetta in New York City.

Mindy Kaling was my favorite as she looked great wearing a ADEAM FALL 2018 vibrant red, lace trimmed knit dress, with a slit detail. The addition of the waist sash worked in her favor as it nipped the waist nicely. A complimentary beauty look and black pumps round out her look.

Mahershala Ali, Abigail Spencer & Winston Duke at the Oliver Peoples and the Cary Grant Eyewear Collaboration

To celebrate the collaboration between Oliver Peoples eyewear and the Cary Grant estate, hosts Jennifer & Barbara Grant Jaynes and Oscar-winning actor Mahershala Ali were joined by Abigail Spencer and Winston Duke for an intimate seated dinner at the Tower Bar in West Hollywood. The event served as the launch for The Cary Grant optical & sunglass collection, which was inspired by the late actor’s iconic style from 'North by Northwest', and marking the Cary Grant estate’s first-ever authorized collaboration

Mahershala Ali is always on his style game, wearing a black suit, with an red & white stripe shirt underneath & a red dotted scarf tied around his neck. Playing off of the red hue, he wore red socks with his black loafers. 

Abigail Spencer wore a CHLOE black & gold velvet horse embroidered blazer with the matching trousers. Styling her power suit with a printed tee shirt underneath, she finished up with a black bag & black suede boots. 

Winston Duke posed wearing a black long coat, with an printed button down shirt underneath and black ankle length trousers. His look was topped off with a black rolled up hat and shiny shoes.

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Royal Wedding

While Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was anticipating their royal wedding, so was the world. Everyone watch the wedding today(May 19th) as the two became Prince Harry & Meghan Duchess of Sussex at the St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in Berkshire, England. 

Prince Harry went unshaved but still clean in his frock coat uniform of the Blues and Royals. A lot of people were talking about him not shaving but I actually thought he still looked great on his big day. 

Meghan Markle, Duchess Sussex kept it simple in a custom GIVENCHY COUTURE by the label's creative director Clare Waight Keller. This marks the first bridal look from the fashion house. The gown was simple, with a bateau neckline, bracelet length sleeve and a lightly sculpted skirt. Her gown also featured a five meters long train that flowed in soft folds and a underskirt in triple silk organza. Just like a lot of people, I really was expecting something a bit more. However she still looked elegantly beautiful in this classic gown.

Abigail Spencer in Sea at the NBCUniversal Summer Press Day

'Timeless' star Abigail Spencer attended the NBCUniversal Summer Press Day at the Universal Studios Backlot in LA yesterday(May 2nd). 

She posed on the red carpet wearing the SEA 'Fleix' off-the-shoulder pencil dress which featured structured, puffy sleeves, a button down front and a smocked back.

Her rust colored dress was offset with a nude MLOUYE bag and tan VIA SPIGA suede tie-around sandals. Love this dress and even though the color is off-season, this is still a great look. Center part medium waves and minimal make-up finished up her look.

Strong Suit by Ilaria Urbinati Launch Event

Ilaria Urbinati is a stylist to the stars and she is also doing designer collaborations. Yesterday evening(April 26th) Abigail Spencer, Shailene Woodley and Rami Malek joined her for the Strong Suit by Ilaria Urbinati launch party at Nordstrom Local in LA. 

Abigail Spencer wore the STRONG SUIT 'Ashton' black dinner jacket with peter pan collar, two-tone dress underneath. A pop of color came via her red lip which topped off her look along with center part waves and black accessories. 

Shailene Woodley who is also one of Ilaria's clients, kept it simple in an all black look which featured a sleeveless turtleneck top and black trousers which was teamed with pointy toe pumps. I like Shailene's look along with the fit of the dress but a colored lip or statement jewelry piece wouldn't have hurt. 

Ilaria Urbinati also wore an all black look which featured a doubled breasted jacket dress which was teamed with black suede, thigh-high boots. Minimal make-up and side parted tresses finished up her look. 

Rami Malek who is also a client of Ilaria, looked casually cool in a black printed SAINT LAURENT top and black trousers which was paired with black shiny shoes.

On Tuesday(April 3rd) Abigail Spencer was spotted heading to an appearance on the Today Show in New York to discuss the new season of 'Timeless' and how it was un-canceled. 

For her outing, she kept warm in a camel wool coat by CHLOE with a pink long sleeve TOM FORD FALL 2015 ruffle tier skirt dress underneath. Ruffles weren't a big trend in 2015 but they are these days which is one of the reasons her look works for the early morning appearance. 

She accessorized with dark sunglasses, gold hoops, a white PROENZA SCHOULER bag and gold TABITHA SIMMONS sandals which topped off her look.

Kate Hudson, Sophia Bush and many more attended the 8th Annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic yesterday(October 14th) at the Will Rogers State Historic Park in Pacific Palisades, CA.

Abigail Spencer wore a HUISHAN ZHANG RESORT 2017 white cold-shoulder dress which was rendered in cotton and featured cold-shoulders along with ruffle & lace panels. Center part waves, pink lips, a woven bag and nude platform sandals finished up her look. 

Bella Heathcote wore a TANYA TAYLOR RESORT 2018 navy & white panel, ruffle pleated dress with bracelet length sleeves. I think she should have gone with a small shoulder bag over her REBECCA MINKOFF 'Leo' clutch. A vibrant pink lips and sandals finished up her look. 

Camilla Belle wore a ADEAM RESORT 2018 long sleeve beige & white ruched gingham with a cold-shoulder detail and asymmetrical neckline. An up-do, pink lips and platform sandals finished up her look.

Variety & Women In Film's 69th Pre-Emmy Awards Party

On Friday(September 15th) the Variety & Women In Film's 69th Pre-Emmy awards party took place at Gracias Madre in West Hollywood, CA.

Kiersey Clemons wore a PHILOSOPHY DI LORENZO SERAFINI white ruffle lace floor length dress with contrasting black pipping. My only issue here is that the dress looks a little too long. 

Gabrielle Union rocked a ANTONIO BERARDI long sleeve embellished dress which featured a sultry cold-shoulder detail. JOHN HARDY jewelry. NEIL J RODGERS sandals and a complimentary beauty look completed her winning look. 

Lea Michele ditched her usual sexy dresses for a CUSHNIE ET OCHS FALL 2017 white two-piece suit. Lea went braless under the jacket which up'd the sultry appeal of her look. The pants needed to be deemed but she looked great other wise. CASADEI pumps finished up her look.

Annalise Basso looked great in this ANTONIO GRIMALDI COUTURE indigo blue silk crepe gown with inlaid embroidery detail which she accessorized with an EDIE PARKER clutch and STUART WEITZMAN sandals. Love her red hair with this dress but I wish it was off-the-shoulders.

Tracee Ellis Ross who was a nominee, wore a custom RALPH LAUREN cream-colored one-shoulder dress which featured a hand-pleated & hand-draped silk chiffon overlay and silk charmeuse inlays. The cut-out waist added a flirty appeal to her all white look. I just wish she wore strappy sandals over her OLGANA PARIS white crossover strap pumps. DE GRISOGONO earrings, minimal make-up and a sleek, pulled back up-do finished up her look.

Angela Bassett was on hand to support hubby Courtney B. Vance who walked away a winner. The actress shined in her CHRISTIAN SIRIANO FALL 2016 yellow v-neck dress with wide, split long sleeves. Angela had the v-neckline shorten which worked for her. The color looks beautiful on her.

Entertainment Weekly 2016 San Diego Comic Con Party Wrap-up

Well the 2016 San Diego Comic Con wrapped up last night with the Entertainment Weekly party at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, CA. 

Kat Graham wore a ANTHONY VACCARELLO SPRING 2015 black asymmetrical mini dress with gold hardware panels. I feel like we have seen so many similar dress like this from the designers so this doesn't feel fresh to me. Also a colored lip would have worked. 

Karen Gillian showed off her midriff in a DAVID KOMA red ensemble which featured a crepe crop top with a metal ring detail and a calf length split detail skirt with gold ring hardware. Silver sandals, smokey eyes and side parted straight tresses finished up her look. 

Abigail Spencer wore a PETER PILOTTO white textured off-the-shoulder ruffle printed dress styled with white cut-out sandals. I like the dress but I can't say that I favor the overall presentation.
