28th British Independent Film Awards

On Sunday(November 30th) the 28th British Independent Film Awards ceremony was held at the Roundhouse in London.

Andrea Risenborough wore a black velvet halter dress by FENDI. If I had to nitpick, I wish that she added a necklace versus whatever that is on her wrist. Other than that, she looked great. 

Carey Mulligan wore a sage green strapless dress by PRADA. For me, nothing is working here. The color, design nor the head styling.

Following the photocall, the cast and more attended the ''Babygirl'' premiere during the 81st Venice Film Festival at on Friday(August 30th) in Venice, Italy. 

Nicole Kidman slipped into a SCHIAPARELLI FALL 2024 COUTURE nude and black strapless dress. I feel like the nude isn't working against her skin tone and the corset too high in her face.

On Friday(August 30th) Nicole Kidman, Sophie Wilde and Harris Dickinson attended the ''Babygirl'' photocall during the 81st Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy. 

 

Nicole Kidman wore a BOTTEGA VENETA PRE-FALL 2024 black short sleeve, v-neck dress with ivory high-heel mules. I don't think this is a bad look, it just doesn't excite. Maybe she should have worn some colored heels or added some gold statement jewelry.

For the 2024 Met Gala celebrating ''Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion'' on Monday(April 6th) in New York City, Amanda Seyfried, Brie Larson, Amanda Gorman, Kaia Gerber, Sarah Paulson and Harrison Dickinson wore PRADA. 

Amanda Seyfried wore a custom metallic, floral embellished gown with CHAUMET jewelry. However, it's more futuristic than garden like.

Brie Larson wore a layered custom gown with FRED LEIGHTON jewelry, but I am not really getting the theme here. She looked pretty though.

Harris Dickinson in Bottega Veneta at the 2023 London Sundance Film Festival Opening Gala & ''Scrapper'' Premiere

On Thursday(July 6th) Harris Dickinson attended the premiere of his new film ''Scrapper'' and the opening gala during the 2023 London Sundance Film Festival at Picturehouse Central in London.

Wearing BOTTEGA VENETA, he wore a black pinstripe button down shirt with the matching trousers and lace-up, tie black shoes. Thankfully he didn't wear it as presented in the look book with the shirt tucked in because the shirt looked better the way he rocked it. 

However, I feel like the pants needed to be hemmed and I almost feel like he needed a piece of jewelry to enhance his look. Quibbles aside, this wasn't a bad look.
