'The Gilded Age' 2025 Tribeca Festival Season 3 Premiere

Following her appearance on WWHL, Cynthia Nixon and more attended 'The Gilded Age' premiere which was held during the 2025 Tribeca Festival at the BMCC Theater on Thursday(June 12th) in New York City.

Christine Baranski wore a ROBERTO CAVALLI mint green mermaid frock and it's not working for me. The color doesn't suit her nor does the padded shoulders, the fabric is jarring, and the mermaid hem looks weird. This was a miss for me. 

Louisa Jacobson wore a DRIES VAN NOTEN black & white polka-dot halter dress with a draped panel. This feels a little over-designed and the draped panel feels unnecessary. 

Carrie Coon wore a two-tone LOEWE pleated dress and everything about this design is just wrong.

The 78th annual Cannes Film Festival kicked off today(May 13th) with the jury photocall which was held at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France. 

Juliette Binoche wore a JACQUEMUS FALL 2024 pale yellow jumpsuit which featured a wide collar and a belted waist. I have to say, I really like this hue on her. The top looks a little tight on the bust, but this is still a chic look.

Cate Blanchett and Gina Gershonat hit the carpet for the Lanvin ''Persona'' screening which was held at the Museum of Arts and Design on Saturday(December 14th) in New York. Cate and Gina wore LANVIN of course. 

Cate Blanchett wore a SPRING 2025 ensemble which featured a drawstring jacket top and a black handkerchief inspired skirt. I like how the pieces were shown in the look book, but I also like how they were mixed together on Cate. I'm not loving the flimsy drawstring, but it doesn't ruin the look. I thought that she pulled if off.

Thomasin McKenzie attended the premiere of '''Joy' during the 68th BFI London Film Festival at The Royal Festival Hall on Tuesday(October 15th) in London.

I love the colorful roses on her LANVIN RESORT 2010 gown, but I don't get the green fringe sash on the waist. That's not the whole issue with the gown, it's the fit of the top. In theory,

I like the addition of the necklace, because it enhanced her look. On the beauty end, she went with an up-do and a vampy dark red lip to complete her look.

On Tuesday(February 6th) a special evening honoring Meryl Streep and the iconic film she starred in ''Sophie's Choice'', was held at The Museum of Modern Art in New York. LANVIN hosted the event and dressed the celebs in attendance unless otherwise stated. 

Cate Blanchett wore a AZ FACTORY PRE-FALL 2024 ombre denim suit which I like. Instead of wearing the belt, she opted to dress her look up with LOUIS VUITTON jewelry. I actually miss the belt because I feel like it would have added more balance. I don't mind the jewelry, but I kinda wish that she wore sleek pumps.

Naomi Watts is back on the promo tour for ''The Watcher'' and on Wednesday(October 12th) she attended the premiere at the Paris Theater in New York City. 

She chose a green, stripe embellished frock from the LANVIN FALL 2022 collection. Although you can't see it here, the dress has a sexy, cutout back detail. 

The dress has openings on the side and I am not sure if that is on purpose or not but I don't think that it was needed. Also, I dislike the hairy like hem. The dress should have been them same from top to bottom.

The 2022 White House Correspondents Association Dinner took place on Saturday(April 30th) at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington, DC. A few A-list celebs attended the event but it's still not the same since 2016 which was the last time we saw a ton of celebs on the carpet. 

Pete Davidson kept it very simple wearing a PRADA suit which he dressed down with VANS sneakers. I feel like the tie should have been a bit more interesting. 

Kim Kardashian sparkled in custom BALENCIAGA and even though this is a look that she wearing all the time, she indeed looked great.

Asia Argento made her way back to the carpet for the photocall and premiere of ''Dark Glasses'' during the 72nd Berlin International Film Festival on Friday(February 11th) in Berlin, Germany.

The photocall and premiere were seemingly held back to back so, Asia didn't change her look, wearing the same LANVIN SPRING 2022 black suit and cape for both occasions. This was a great look but let's be honest here, she is not slaying in it like the queen of the catwalk Naomi Campbell did.

Don't get me wrong, she nailed it but I wish she left a few buttons undone at the top like Naomi did. Beauty wise, she wore a pink lip for a touch of color and her hair layered with bangs. BERNARD DELETTREZ rings finished up her look.

Yesterday(October 24th) in New York, Anna Kendrick attended the HBO Max and Tribeca Fall Preview season two premiere of ''Love Life'' at the DGA Theatre. 

Anna's style can be a hit or a miss and for me, I am not feeling this at all. The quality of this LANVIN FALL 2021 pink mini dress isn't good. That satin fabric has so many creases and this really doesn't look like something from a fashion house like Lanvin. 

Also the sandals are cute but a bit focus pulling and the buckle makes it slightly heavy with this dress. Overall, it's not working for me. Do you agree or did Anna sell you on her look?
