I can't say that I like this leather fabric but the look in general is cute and works for her press appearance. A top knot with bangs and jIMMY CHOO pumps completed her look.

Yesterday(June 24th) Lucy Liu did some press and before she kick things off, her stylist Sarah Slutsky posted her look on instagram.

Lucy struck a pose for the gram in a TANYA TAYLOR SPRING 2021 red and fuchsia floral dress which she accessorized with MEJURI jewelry and GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals. This floral pattern looks great on Lucy and I like the addition of the gold chain belt because it balances out the print. 

On the beauty end, her hair was straight, in side parted tresses and a red lip complimented the print. MEJURI jewelry rounded out the styling of her look.

Lena Dunham in Tanya Taylor at the 8th Annual Blossom Ball

We may not be fans of Lena Dunham's style but once in a while she does something that we can all appreciate. Last night she attended the 8th Annual Blossom Ball at Pier Sixty on Chelsea Piers in New York. 

She hit the red carpet in a white blazer with a white lattice cut-out crop top underneath and TANYA TAYLOR SPRING 2016 silk colorful stripe & flower detail culottes with a tie waist. While I like the idea of this ensemble & the fact that she seems to be having fun with fashion, this could use some editing.

For starters, that choker should have never been added, the top is too tight, a simple cami would have worked and the unfortunate creases along with her pose doesn't help with the appeal of the culottes. However the culottes look a bit tight as well. With that said, I still appreciate her choices even if this is not a winning look. Did Lena sell this look to you?

'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt' Season 2 NYC Premiere

On Wednesday(March 30th) Netflix's 'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt' Season 2 premiere took place at the SVA Theater in New York. Check out the celeb purple carpet looks. 

Tina Fey wore a MARTIN GRANT SPRING 2016 black top and a black, white & cobalt blue pleated ankle length skirt. While I am not to keen on the length of the skirt on her, I like this look. However I would have preferred sandals over her basic black pumps. Layered tresses, a colored lip and a black clutch completed her look. 

Ellie Kemper wore the TANYA TAYLOR 'Simi' knife pleated ruffle three-quarter sleeve mini dress. Adding a extra pop of color to her playful mini, she wore red pumps. However I don't think the color works with the dress, maybe fuchsia would have been better. A gold clutch, light waves and a nude lip completed her look.  

Linda Cardellini turned to her go to brand & celeb favorite SELF-PORTRAIT for her look. Linda is wearing the 'Adeline' black & white long sleeve lace & ruffle shirt collar mini dress from the brand. This Victorian inspired dress is cute. However I think if she wore her hair off-the-shoulder and chose a more inspiring shoe, this would have been a winning look overall.
