On Tuesday(August 25th) the cast of FX's ''Adults'' hit the black carpet for the season 2 premiere which was held at the Metrograph in New York City.
Lucy Freyer went the edgy route wearing a black latex crisscross strap dress by VERSACE. The ultra-sleek, high-shine material was accented with the label's signature gold hardware which adds an eye-catching appeal to the dress.
Elizabeth Banks wore a SIMKHAI PRE-FALL 2026 black leather cape detail, column dress. The dress makes a simple, but edgy statement which is why she probably left out jewelry. It's not a wow moment, but her look did what needed to be done. She looked great.
On Saturday(December 13th) the red carpet premiere of ''Anaconda'' was held at The United Theater on Broadway in LA.
Thandiwe Newton returned to the carpet wearing a WIEDERHOEFT SPRING 2026 ensemble which was accessorized with GABRIEL & CO, L'ATELIER NAWBAR, OCTAVIA ELIZABETH and FIAMETTA jewelry, a gold clutch and gold sandals. Thandiwe is beautiful and I like how she mixed up the pieces, but there are some fit issues, and I am not loving the skirt.
Look 1:
On Monday(November 10th) she was spotted arriving at Good Morning America wearing a ADAM LIPPES FALL 2025 leopard coat with a white ROLAND MOURET dress underneath. She accessorized her ensemble with dark sunglasses, the MULBERRY 'Bayswater' bag and CASADEI platform heels. I am not loving the shoes with the dress, but this is not a bad look.
On Monday(July 14th) the premiere of ''I Know What You Did Last Summer'' was held at The United Theater on Broadway in LA.
Madelyn Cline wore a CONNER IVES FALL 2025 pink ruched halter dress with a center front split and a short train detail in the back. Although, this is not a bad look, there's nothing special about. However, I feel like some jewelry could have made it more interesting.
Blue Ivy looked like a beautiful, golden princess wearing a CHRISTIAN SIRIANO strapless metallic gown with a short train in the back and a nipped wist. My only quibble is that I wish that this was a straight neckline and not a sweetheart. Still, she looked beautiful.
Look 1:
For her GMA arrival, she wore a WIEDERHOEFT FALL 2024 corset dress with the matching bot detail cardigan. There so much going on with the design and texture. It's not my favorite look, she somehow manages to draw you in.
On Wednesday(November 29th) the 37th Annual Footwear News Achievement Awards took place at Cipriani South Street in New York.
Jessica Simpson wore a FJOLLA NILA sheer jewel embellished dress and this would have looks so much better in her lined.
Karrueche wore a custom BRANDON BLACKWOOD creation. It looks like fabric was tied around a bodysuit. However, she made it look so good.
Happy Monday! Coming in with the most votes for Best Dressed Fashionista of the Week is Margot Robbie in custom Vivienne Westwood. In second, Nicola Coughlan in Wiederhoeft and in third, Margot Robbie in custom Schiaparelli Couture.
Cardi B made a dramatic but playful entrance wearing a custom piece by CHENPENG. Cardi's style is always on point and she doesn't disappoint.
Continuing on the promo tour, Michael B. Jordan, Tessa Thompson and more attended the premiere of ''Creed III'' in LA yesterday evening(February 27th) at the TCL Chinese Theatre.
Michael B. Jordan wore chocolate brown GIVENCHY FALL 2023 suit and that TIFFANY & CO was the perfect jewelry piece to keep it interesting. If I had to nitpick about anything, I wish the pants were hemmed better.
