EVA MINGE & ESOTIQ debut her Spring/Summer 2012 Couture collection last week during Paris Couture Fashion Week. The inspiration for the collection was all about the women's body. Details and volume were key, which created refined and nicely cut silhouettes. Black & whites set the color tone for the collection along with spots of navy and cream. Tulle gave body to the form while the translucent fabrics created a more dramatic look for skin action. The collection also showcased masculine inspired looks but with a feminine edge. Waist were cut-out, baby doll dresses were fun & flirty, wide leg pants had slits and the harem like dresses and pants finished with a clean shape. There were definitely tons of red carpet pieces that I would love to see on Diane Kruger, Rihanna, Emma Stone and even Lady Gaga.
