MAX MARA ATELIER FALL/WINTER 2012 collection focuses on luxury coats and it shows how the italian brand is taking it's line to the next level. An intimate presentation was held at the Max Mara store on Madison ave. to showcase the new collection of fabulous coats. The inspiration for the line is the traveling women along with adding comfort to these ten simple but classic coats. Double face cashmere, melton and pure camel hair were used to create the line with fox fur on the cuffs and collar. Mixes of greys, black and camel, added a soft touch to the collection. Goose down and mink also added a subtle and light feeling to the elegant line. There were basic tops and bottoms that were also included. Overall, the line produced luxurious coats that were functional and forgiving with sport like elements for the jetsetting fashionista.
