Sarah Jessica Parker in Reem Acra at The New 42nd Street's 25th Anniversary Gala

When it comes to style, Sarah Jessica Parker tends to do things differently whether it pays off or not. Yesterday evening she hit the red carpet at The New 42nd Street's 25th Anniversary Gala in NYC.

For the occasion she wore a REEM ACRA PRE-FALL 2016 light blue off-the-shoulder dress with a long sleeve lace top, a light blue waistband and a layered chiffon skirt. SJP's dress was featured in a floor length version in the look book but the actress appears to have shorten her dress to the ankles for her outing.

When I first saw SJP, I thought, why did she steal Elsa from Frozen dress. I am not a fan of the white lined bodice nor the solid waistband. Also those shimmery stacked heel pumps from her SJP shoe collection shouldn't have been no way near this dress, hair should have been off-the-shoulder and the eye make-up is a bit too dark. In all, I like Reem Acra but this is a no for me.
