Making her way back to the carpet, Bella Heathcote attended The Man in the High Castle panel during the 2016 San Diego Comic Con at the Bayfront Hilton in San Diego, CA.
She posed for pictures wearing a PRABAL GURUNG RESORT 2017 cobalt blue and white printed bamboo chevron eyelet blouse with long cut-out sleeves and the matching skirt in a contrast white grosgrain trim & white cotton poplin covered buttons.
Bella styled her printed ensemble opposite the look book version by tucking in her top. Bella could have easily worn white heels with her look but instead she opted for the NICHOLAS KIRKWOOD ‘Carnaby’ Mary Jane light pumps. A colored lip and center part layered waves finished up her look. Which way do you like the top, tucked in or out?

I feel an urge to rip off those sleeves in her presentation. It looks a bit dowdy with the top tucked in.
