Rihanna skipped the red carpet but the singer took the stage four times before she received her Michael Jackson Vanguard award last night(August 28th) at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards 2016 at Madison Square Garden in NYC.
She opened the show wearing the HOOD BY AIR 'Cookie Ringer' pink & red bodysuit styled with a high waist pink draped belted mini skirt with the matching fur boots by COMME DES GARCONS. Her opening number was great and her look was on tune for it. A high ponytail, red lips and red CUTLER & GROSS sunglasses finished up her look.
For her last performance and when she accepted her award, she wore a ALEXANDRE VAUTHIER FALL 2016 COUTURE dramatic satin champagne belted coat dress. This was such a great look for Riri, one of my favorites of the night. A pulled back straight tresses and a dark red lip finished up her look.
