Well it's that time again when we look back at the best of the best of the year. First we have some new & not so new designers who stepped on the scene and became go to favorites for celebs on & off the red carpet. Whether we saw a lot of their pieces on the carpet or not, buzz was created for their brands when we did. BROCK COLLECTION( Kristopher & Laura Vassar Brock) launch in 2013 & 2016 won the CFDA fashion fund award, BRANDON MAXWELL thanks to Lady Gaga, VETEMENTS(Demna Gvasalia who is also the new creative director at Balenciaga), MONSE(Laura Kim & Fernando Garcia), OFF-WHITE(Virgil Abloh, Kanye West creative director) and JOHANNA ORTIZ(Launched her label in 2001 but her she gained a lot of buzz in the US with her Resort 2016 collection & it continues). I am loving Johanna Ortiz and I am thankful that celebs, stylist and more are starting to catch on to her designs. Which designer will you be checking for in 2017?

Brandon Maxwell and Monse. We've seen quite a few notable dramatic looks from BW this year. Both designers are sharp, current, and fashion-forward.
